We are seeking an Operations Executive for our Flexforce team to join our team working on a 'Hybrid' basis in our Head Office in Central Woking (Parking is provided or for any train travellers we are right next to the train station!). This hybrid role involves working full-time in the office three days a week in Woking, offering a balance between on-site engagement and remote flexibility.

Acosta Europe's Flexforce team is the UK’s largest dedicated data driven tactical agency. You will work collaboratively to achieve operational excellence on all client activities across our Flexforce business, helping to drive high standards of field performance, insightful and timely reporting to clients and delivering targeted revenue and profit.

Main Purpose of the Role
The Operations Executive role is at the heart of administrative processes within Flexforce. We are passionate about delivering first-class support to our teams and clients, tailored to meet and exceed their needs. We are driven to achieve operational excellence and develop our skills in line with client and business needs.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Administration
Administer activity booking sheets in line with internal processes.
Create POS matrices to ensure deliveries are made on time and to the correct location.
Build activity briefs to clarify purpose, objectives, and expectations for each in-store campaign.
Manage booking sheet templates and weekly activity emails for subcontractors.
Administer rate cards, additional travel payments, and completion fees.
Technical
Accurately build scripts in the internal software system to ensure optimal client outcomes regarding accuracy, quality, and final reports.
Support inbound queries from subcontractors related to reporting via the internal software system.
Compile photo reports in PowerPoint and download images from the internal software system.
Quality Control
Review photographic images for relevance, adherence to briefs, and quality standards.
Identify anomalies within data downloads and escalate to the Account Manager or subcontractor where necessary.
Client Communication (if applicable)
Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding operational queries.
Manage client operational requirements effectively.
Strategic Direction
Play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the account and business.
Review and propose improvements to current processes and procedures.
Other Requirements
Minimum of one field visit and one meeting attendance per month.
Regularly read and follow the company's policies and procedures, which can be found on the intranet or by consulting a member of the HR team.
Take personal responsibility for complying with Health & Safety Regulations.
